1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between bd89h ("we", "our", "Platform") and any person using this site ("user", "you"). bd89h operates an online gaming and betting platform for players in Bangladesh.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

bd89h offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. It is important to know the following conditions before using them:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering Requirement: You must place bets 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = bonus winnings become withdrawable once ৳15,000 in bets is completed. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.
• If the wagering condition is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; only bonus winnings are withdrawable.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• bd89h reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If misuse or manipulation of a promotional offer is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

All gaming and betting activity on the bd89h platform is conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all users:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. Please read them before playing.
• If the result of a game is affected by a technical error, bd89h reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• References to teams such as Bangladesh vs India in betting markets are for illustrative purposes only and do not indicate any specific match or date.
• Using multiple accounts, bot software, any form of manipulation or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bd89h may investigate the account and hold transactions.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) may also apply.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

bd89h's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active use of the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change at bd89h's discretion. Cashback will be added directly to the account and the same wagering conditions as bonuses will apply.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Operating games using automated bots or software.
• Using another person's account or identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to harass, defraud or harm other users.
• Making false or misleading claims against bd89h.

bd89h reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. bd89h is not obliged to provide an explanation in such cases, but will endeavour to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses).
